Sofia Gill is a fourth year medical student studying at the University of Birmingham. She undertook an intercalated year during the pandemic to read Clinical Sciences with a special interest in Reproductive and Women’s Health (BMedSci), supervised by Dr Rima Dhillon-Smith. During this she completed a research project in thyroid autoimmunity and pregnancy.
Sofia currently has broad research interests in women’s health and fertility preservation, as well as paediatrics and urology. She is keen to complete her medical training and continue her journey in research.
