Registration fees

Registration fees include VAT at the prevailing rate, complimentary refreshments, lunch and conference materials. Accommodation is not included.

The conference will take place in person only. There are no hybrid elements planned.

A discounted earlybird fee is available until 31 October 2022. Any SRF Members who wish to apply for a bursary should do so via the SRF website directly when available.

Group Registration

• Group registrations are offered to organisations who register 5 or more delegates at one time.
• A group registration will receive one tax invoice for purpose of payment together. If you do not wish for your payments to be processed all together, please complete the standard registration form above.
• If names are unknown at time of registration, please specify ‘TBC’ on the group registration form. Names need to be submitted to the Conference organisers at least 30 days prior to the meeting.
• Please contact the Conference organisations, Profile Productions at Fertility@profileproductions.co.uk in order to obtain a group registration form 

Credit/Debit Card

Accepted credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. We cannot accept American Express.

Invoice

If you require an invoice for processing, you can select this option at the end of the registration process. Note this option will only be available until 30 days prior to the event.
